Innovative technology for optimal comfort.
The three segments of the glass façade have been designed in their functionality to accommodate the demands of the climate. In this way, the south façade, which is most exposed to the wind and the sun, is structured as a double façade with back-ventilation, whilst the northwest and the southeast façades are structured as a single skin. Louvered windows permit natural ventilation and reinforce the innovative energy concept.
