The high-rise possesses an unusual shape: a Reuleaux triangle comprising three convex sides, in combination with a round core, results in rooms of varying depth. This, in turn, affords a great deal of freedom when designing individual floor layouts and choosing the type of interior architecture. Whether open-plan, individual offices or a combination of the two, these and other types of offices can be installed easily. The generously appointed corner areas of the triangular floors are well suited for meeting areas, conference rooms, quiet zones or reception lobbies. Each floor can be divided into two rental units with direct access. Additional internal staircases can be installed to connect two floors of a single rental unit. In addition to sanitary facilities and a small kitchen, the building core contains two safety stairwells and five express elevators.
