The KölnTriangle relies on a strict security system – reception area personnel and the security staff are present round the clock, the modern elevators comply with the highest standards of safety and comfort, the digital lock system regulates access to the building, from the underground garage to your rented area. And all aspects of the security system are fine-tuned with one another and ensure you can relax and concentrate on your job.

Access system

Access to every area of the building is controlled using electronic keys. An inconspicuous transponder can be used to control access, from the underground garage to your rental space. Changes can be made conveniently and without costly replacement of locks. Access can be limited to certain times or areas. If desired, the system can also be used to control access to office doors, cabinets and desks.

Security staff

The KölnTriangle is guarded by friendly and discreet security personnel at all times. Cameras are also used to monitor the building and are supervised at the reception desk. All security measures are carried out with the highest possible degree of discretion.

Elevators

We are focused on your safety. The elevators in the KölnTriangle meet the highest demands in terms of safety, speed and comfort. The eastern part of the building’s base is served by two glass elevators that can be controlled using the electronic key which is issued to each tenant for his or her floor. When customers or guests visit, a member of the reception area personnel accompanies them to the elevator and activates the desired floor. The elevators are closed to unauthorised persons.
