Reception service

The architecture and design of the reception area are of premium quality. You enter the building through a ten-metre-tall glass portal and find yourself in a light-flooded, generously appointed lobby, where you are greeted by the friendly and competent service personnel of the KölnTriangle.

The personnel at the reception desk are there to help you, round the clock. They handle various important tasks on your behalf. For example, they greet customers and business associates and notify you that they have arrived. The reception desk also takes care of booking of conference rooms, and checks that the building premises are clean and orderly.

Conference rooms

The choice is yours. The KölnTriangle offers a variety of conference rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology for relaxed, focussed meetings – whether for small groups or large (more than 30 participants).
